How do passes and check-ins work?

Create credit passes, unlimited memberships, intro offers, and casual rates with your own prices and expiry rules. See who might arrive for today’s classes, check them in against the right option, and undo an accidental check-in while keeping the history.

Does Clipcard handle online booking or payments?

No. Clipcard is a local studio record, not an online booking or payment-processing service. It records takings by payment method and exports attendance and takings as CSV for your bookkeeper.

Where is my studio data stored, and is there a subscription?

People, passes, attendance, and books stay on your iPhone or iPad. Clipcard has no account, sync, or subscription. A one-time Clipcard Full Unlock purchase removes the limit on people.
