The Problem
Paper vouchers are simple for customers but difficult for a business to account for. Without a reliable ledger, it is easy to lose sight of unredeemed liability, accept the same voucher twice, or leave corrections without a clear paper trail.
The Solution
GiftLedger pairs printable vouchers with signed QR or typed codes and an append-only redemption history. Check each voucher against your ledger, support partial redemptions, and keep an accurate balance without joining a payment platform.
What you get
Liability at a glance
See outstanding liability, issued value, redemptions, expiries, and voids so you always understand what the business owes.
QR and code redemption
Redeem a voucher by scanning its QR code or entering the code manually, with support for partial redemption.
Double-spend protection
Check every voucher against the ledger and sign voucher codes to flag codes that were never issued by your shop.
Print-ready vouchers
Create paper vouchers with QR codes, crop marks, and terms, ready for your business to print and issue.
Auditable redemption history
Derive each balance from an append-only redemption history so corrections remain visible in the paper trail.
Private sync and exports
Protect back-office data with a shop PIN and Face ID, sync through your private iCloud account, and export voucher and redemption records as CSV.

- Yes. Your voucher data can sync privately through your own iCloud account, and back-office access can be protected with a shop PIN and Face ID.
- Can GiftLedger create Apple Wallet passes?
